The Key To The Hills Rod Run2019-10-12T08:00:00This is the 33rd annual Key to the Hills Rod Run event, which brings together all the best when it comes to Hot Rods. The show features a pre-1949 cut-off year (1948 and earlier) which distinguishes it from a "classic car show" (1949-1964).
There will be almost 500 coupes, sedans and roadsters from all over the country. Main Street will be closed from Blanco Rd to James St on Saturday and on Sunday. Fabulous cars will be on display on Main Plaza and throughout the closure area along the Hill Country Mile.
This year on October 12th beginning at 9AM, the HEY! BABY 5K: Scarlet Brehmer Hoke Memorial Run will take place for the very first time! Proceeds will benefit the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center for Women. You can find details, registration and more at https://heybaby5k.org/

Antique Tractor Pull & KurbisFest2019-10-12T10:00:00This is a special KurbisFest (Pumpkin Fest in German) that includes the annual "Key to the Hills" Tractor Pull! Come to see who can pull the heaviest weight the farthest. This is fun for the whole family. Kids can play carnival games, get their faces painted, and paint/carve pumpkins! Meander through the pumpkin patch for the perfect pumpkin and get lots of pictures.
