Where do I find the zoning of a particular property?
The
Zoning Map
is located on our webpage. Each district is a different color and is identified in the legend.

Once I find the zoning, how do I determine the uses for the zoning district?
Article 5 of the Zoning Ordinance explains each zoning district, uses, setbacks, etc.

How do I submit a request for a new sign in the Historic District?
Submittal for a sign in the Historic District is a joint effort between the
Code Enforcement
office and the
Planning
office. First see the Code Enforcement office for the permit request and then submit to the Planning office the required information for approval by the
Historic Landmark Commission
